Fully Funded Falak Sufi Scholarship at New York University

The Falak Sufi Scholarships program was established as a tribute, to the legacy of Falak Sufi, an individual from Pakistan. The primary objective of the Falak Sufi Scholarship is to offer assistance to deserving students aspiring to pursue their studies in the United States.

Falak Sufi Aid has set up scholarships specifically designed for students in America. These grants are awarded to individuals who exhibit accomplishments and demonstrate great potential, for leadership.

Falak Sufi, born in Pakistan in 1983 was known for her nature and a strong passion to make an impact, on the world. She possessed a vibrant mind, which she showcased through her works. After graduating with honors in science from the National University of Singapore Falak delved into various subjects such as South Asian womens issues, gender dynamics, the history of South Asia and the significance of humanities. Her diverse range of interests extended beyond these topics well.

Tragically Falaks life was cut short in 2008 when she passed away in New York City. At that time she was great. Beloved as a graduate student at the Kevorkian Center, within the New York Universitys Near Eastern Studies program. To commemorate her memory and legacy the Falak Sufi scholarship was established to support deserving students.

The Falak Sufi Scholarship Program, based in New York provides an opportunity, for students hailing from Asian countries with a predominantly Islamic population. This program enables students to pursue a Masters Degree, at NYU for a duration of one year.

Scholarship Worth/Features:

The Falak Sufi Scholarship program takes care of the cost of tuition.
It also offers a stipend of $32,000 which helps cover living expenses.
Additionally health insurance is provided to the recipients of the scholarship.
Furthermore registration and service fees, for a period of two years are included.
These benefits will be granted as long as students meet the requirements set by the Graduate School.

How to Apply:

If you're interested, in the Falak Sufi Scholarship Program you'll need to complete the application form for Graduate studies at New York University. There's no need to fill out an application for the scholarship itself. Your application, for a Masters Degree will automatically be considered for aid.
