Announcement; 2024 Scholarships, for International Students at the Said Business School Skoll MBA Program, in the UK

The Skoll MBA Scholarships offered by Said Business School cover expenses. Provide a living stipend, for successful applicants pursuing an MBA degree.

We are currently accepting applications from qualified individuals who are interested in pursuing an MBA degree at the University of Oxford. The Skoll Scholarship for MBA Studies is available for the 2024 session.

Scholarship Details;

Saïd Business School (Oxford Saïd) is a business school affiliated with the University of Oxford named after Wafic Saïd, a billionaire. It falls under Oxfords Social Sciences Division.

Oxford Saïd serves as the institution within the University of Oxford for undergraduate and graduate students studying business, management and finance. Undergraduates also receive instruction as part of their Economics and Management course, alongside the Economics Department.

The school of management underwent a rebranding in 1996. Became known as Saïd Business School. Saïd Business School primarily offers one year full time degree programs.

Requirements, for the Scholarship;

To be considered for the Skoll Scholarship for Oxford MBA 2024 interested applicants must meet the criteria;

1. They should demonstrate their ability to identify opportunities and take action to create impact.

2. Preferably they should have three years of experience driving change through entrepreneurial approaches.

3. Applicants should be able to showcase the outcomes and impact of their actions.

4. They should possess qualities that align with those of an entrepreneur.

5. Applicants must explain why they believe business education is crucial in developing their work and its impact.

6. Demonstrating the burden associated with the program will strengthen their case for the scholarship.

Duration and Reward of the Scholarship;

The Skoll Scholarship covers all tuition fees for the MBA program along with coverage of living expenses.

The scholarship aims to support entrepreneurs who have established or worked on initiatives with a purpose or those who have pursued careers focused on making an impact. It provides them with an opportunity to enhance their understanding of market oriented practices so that they can be more effective, in their endeavors to drive social change.

Alongside offering assistance the Scholarship grants individuals entry, into the Skoll Scholar community—a collective of individuals driving positive change, in the world by fostering innovation and implementing transformative systems. Moreover it presents chances to connect with recognized entrepreneurs thought leaders and investors.

Important notification;
1. As part of your MBA application please ensure to upload your responses, to the Skoll Scholarship essay questions and submit your MBA application! The Scholarship essay questions can be found in the "Funding" section of the MBA application. We suggest allocating around one week to answer the Skoll Scholarship essay questions.
2. The MBA Admissions Team will carefully evaluate your application. Determine whether you will be accepted into the MBA program or not.
3. If you receive confirmation that you have been accepted into the MBA program your application will automatically proceed to the Skoll Scholarship Selection Committee.
4. The Scholarship applications are reviewed after each stage of MBA admissions.
5. You will receive an update on the status of your Scholarship application after decisions for each stage of MBA admissions have been made.
6. Upon receiving confirmation that your Scholarship application is advancing to shortlisting please keep an eye out for an email, from the Skoll Centre containing a link to complete the Logistics and Reference Form. Refer to the timelines for when you can expect this email.
7. Once you have received the email and submit the Logistics and Reference Form.
This questionnaire aims to verify your contact information (in case you are invited for an interview) how you learned about the Scholarship and the contact details of your references. It is important to note that your references will only be contacted if you reach the stages of the selection process.
