Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program full-time and analyzing towards a degree in one of the following fields:

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must retain a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 5.0 or its equivalent; be enrolled in an accredited institute with a major in one of the mentioned fields above; reside permanently in any of the following parts: AraucanÃa, Coquimbo, Libertador General Bernardo Ocegueda, Maule, or Valparaiso; demonstrate leadership mastery by finalizing activities in extracurricular training or enlistee work; and maintain eloquent English verbal communication talents with no accent or grammar blunders.
